Store Policy and Procedures – Website Terms of Use

Welcome to my art and design website, which offers clothing, accessories, shoes, and various other art pieces.
This website operates as an online store exclusively.
Placing an order on this website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms detailed in this document.

All products on the website are divided into ready-made items and custom-made items.
Custom Orders: These products are made specifically for the customer after an order is placed and may include unique text, graphics, or designs requested by the customer.
Production and Delivery Times: Once an order is received, products are sent for production by third-party production and printing companies. Please consider the production time and shipping time, as detailed in the product description or during the checkout process. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the fact that most products are custom-made for the customer (both custom items and items produced after an order is placed), returns or exchanges are not possible once an order has been submitted.
Customer Responsibility: The customer bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and correctness of their order details, and especially for choosing the right size based on the size chart provided in the product description. The correct size selection is the customer’s sole responsibility, and no liability will be assumed for a product that does not fit due to an incorrectly chosen size.
If a product arrives damaged due to a production or shipping defect (not due to an incorrect size selection), please contact me immediately so I can get in touch with the production company to resolve the issue. In such a case, the solution will be based on the policy of the manufacturing company.

Products are shipped directly from the print/production house to the customer’s address.
The responsibility for the integrity of the shipment from the moment it is sent until it reaches the customer rests with the shipping company.
Nevertheless, if there is a problem with a shipment (such as non-arrival), you may contact me through the website, and I will do my best to assist and address the issue with the production and shipping company.

Important Note: This policy is subject to change from time to time, and customers are responsible for reviewing it before placing each order.

Copyright Ownership: All designs, artworks, and digital creations made by us for the customer as part of a custom order, including but not limited to illustrations, graphics, or paintings, shall remain our full and exclusive property. The customer only purchases the physical product, while the copyright to the design itself remains with us.
Consent for Marketing Use: By placing an order for a custom design, the customer agrees and consents that we are entitled to use the design, including but not limited to publishing it on the website, on social media, in an art portfolio, or in any other marketing materials. This right is granted without any time or location limitations and without additional payment. The use of the design will be done in a respectful manner and for the purpose of showcasing our artistic capabilities and range of work.
Customer’s Consent: This consent does not include the use of the customer’s identifying details (such as a name or contact information) alongside the design, unless explicit, written consent from the customer is provided.
